\tThis seminar was designed as a one-stop and shop for local businesses to get free assistance from the local, state, and federal agencies, including the State Board of Equalization, Franchise Tax Board, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), State Attorney General’s Office, Employment Development Department (EDD), Small Business Administration (SBA), and Service Corporation of Retired Executives (SCORE).  The seminar was free to all who attended.<\/p>\n
