The 2014-15 All CIF Southern Section football teams is checkered with players from Garden Grove and Westminster.

Rancho Alamitos High quarterback "Slingin" Nick Brown, who threw for an Orange County record 52 touchdown passes, was named Offensive Player of the Year. Garden Grove High utility defender Alejandro Ceja, just 6-feet-1 and 170 pounds but with a nose for the ball, was named Defensive Player of the Year.

Rancho and Garden Grove High met in the CIF title game, with Garden Grove High prevailing.

Other players who were honored were: Los Amigos running back Moby Contreras, Garden Grove High running back Jordan Antunez, Westminster High running back Humberto Maciel, Rancho Alamitos wide receivers Devin Velez and Joe Lainez, Garden Grove High offensive linemen Gerardo Rodarte and Marcos Orduno, Westminster High offensive lineman Brian Mejia, Rancho Alamitos defensive back Matt Finona, Los Amigos defensive back Abel Amesquita, Garden Grove High defensive back Austen Christian, Westminster High defensive back Josh Pedraza, Garden Grove High linebackers Reily Hoalton and Malik Bilal, Santiago High linebacker Mario Monroe, Westminster High defensive lineman Steven Vu, Garden Grove High defensive linemen Nathan Garcia and Antonio Gilgiore and Los Amigos defensive lineman Diego Nunez.

All schools mentioned other than Westminster High play in the Garden Grove League. Westminster High plays in the Golden West League.
