The Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce held its 106th annual Gala & Awards ceremony at the Marriott Suites Hotel on Saturday.
The chamber honored the 2012 Man of the Year, the 2012 Woman of the Year, the 2012 Small Business of the Year, the 2012 Large Business of the Year and the 2012 Nonprofit of the Year
Following are the winners:
· Gerry Newkirk was named Man of the Year
· Evie Schild Hart was named Woman of the Year
The Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce held its 106th annual Gala & Awards ceremony at the Marriott Suites Hotel on Saturday.
The chamber honored the 2012 Man of the Year, the 2012 Woman of the Year, the 2012 Small Business of the Year, the 2012 Large Business of the Year and the 2012 Nonprofit of the Year

· Big Ron’s Auto Body & Paint, Inc. was named Small Business of the Year
· Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center was named Large Business of the Year
· Garden Grove Elk’s Lodge was named Nonprofit of the Year
A reception with hors d' oeuvres and silent auction was part of the event, along with dinner, entertainment and awards. Each guest will receive a commemorative event photo for the evening.
