The old Mimi’s Cafe at the northwest corner of Garden Grove Boulevard and Beach Boulevard in Stanton has been demolished.
Frontier, a real estate company, plans on moving ahead with the construction of Stanton Village, along with some housing.
“This will begin the second major commercial development by Frontier to our town this summer,” said Mayor Dave Shawver.
Officials have not detailed what businesses will be developed on the site.
