Undefeated Garden Grove High will continue its quest for perfection, and history, tonight as it faces Katella High at Katella in Anaheim at 7 p.m. in the second round of CIF playoffs.
The Argonauts are 11-0 and ranked No. 1 in their CIF Southern Section division. In the first round of playoffs last week, they beat Orange High by a score of 42-10. The Argonauts have outscored their opponents this season, 527 to 101, and notched five shutouts. No team has come within nine points of them; Woodbridge High fared the best, losing 32-22 in the second game of the season.
