At the convention, staff showcased the city’s diverse economic development portfolio offering strong development opportunities in Garden Grove.

At the convention, staff showcased the city’s diverse economic development portfolio offering strong development opportunities in Garden Grove.
Working with multiple shopping center management companies and brokers prior to the event, the city provided fliers and information for opportunity sites in Garden Grove at their booth.
At the convention, staff conducted meetings with several development investors, including The Festival Companies, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, The Olson Company, Hopkins, Sunbelt Nevada Investments, IHG, and Numark Grubb Knight Frank. The four-day event featured panel sessions, networking opportunities, and presenters focusing on common themes involving retailers, landlords, lenders, and investors.
