Congressman Alan Lowenthal, who represents Garden Grove and other cities, answers questions posed by the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee last week at the Orange County Emergency Pet Clinic in Garden Grove.
Lowenthal spent time with the committee to give an update on his activities in Washington, D.C. as a first-term member of the House.
He also provided his perspective on the differences between local, state and national office.
