Garden Grove Elks Lodge #1952 honored Garden Grove’s Firefighter of the Year and Police Officer of the Year at a recent ceremony at the lodge.
Fire Department Captain Dennis Ruzicka, at center in the photo, was named Firefighter of the Year.
Officer Nick Almeida was named Police Officer of the Year.
